Special Shot Sleeve for high quality aluminium alloy die-casting with a metal matrix composite material.
Our shot sleeves are equipped with a ceramic inner tube METACS ceramic. Through this combination we achieve a superior heat storage of the molten metal in combination with a low thermal conductivity of the METAX material.
At this moment our sleeves are limited to machines not bigger than 350 tons.
